Why Ryterna Garage Doors? |
|
|
|
Why are your doors more competitively priced than all other companies on the internet? |
Ryterna is a manufacturer of garage doors and therefore you will be buying direct from the factory. All other companies present on the internet buy from a supplier and then put their profit on and sell them on again. |
| |
Why should I choose an insulated garage door? |
Anyone with a room adjacent to their garage will tell you that heat is definitely lost through the cold garage area. By installing a premium 40mm insulated door you limit the effect of heat loss and therefore not only keep the adjacent room warm but you also save on energy. As well as insulating your garage the 40mm panel also assists with noise reduction. Another key benefit is that a Ryterna insulated door can cost as much as a standard non-insulated version. |
| |
Why should I choose a Ryterna sectional door instead of a canopy door? |
Sectional doors are proven to be more secure, insulated, robust and cost effective. If you impact a canopy door you have to replace the whole door whereas if you impact a sectional door you only have to repair or replace the actual panel damaged. Another key feature of a sectional door is that they ensure your maintain the full width and height of your garage door opening as they are designed to be installed primarily on the inner face of you garage wall. |
| |
| What makes Ryterna different from other companies? |
Ryterna are the only manufacturer prepared to sell direct to the domestic end user. All other leading manufacturers sell their doors through local distributors and therefore by the time you get your door it has been dealt with by 2-3 companies each putting their profit margin on them. |
| |
What benefits will I have from this investment? |
Each Ryterna door is manufactured using only the highest quality materials and have always been considered as a premium product within the garage door industry. By installing a Ryterna door you will not only be making a wise investment but it will be an investment on your home. The well engineered door accompanied by its elegant characteristic 40mm insulated panel design will in no doubt increase the value of your home. |

| Can I add a motor to my door at a later date? |

| |
| What are clear and maximum sizes? |
| Where the garage door is installed on the inside face of the garage wall the measurement between the openings is called the clear opening sizes. Where there is no sideroom or headroom and the door needs to be installed within the reveal, this is the maximum opening size. This means this is the maximum space to work within allowing for a sufficient frame or fixing point. |
| |
| How do I open my garage door in the event of a power failure? |
| For garages with an alternative entrance you simply pull the cord on the motor which releases the brake therefore allowing you to lift the door manually. For garages without an additional entrance we can provide a key release system. The simple turn of a key on the front of the door allows you to pull the key barrel which consequently pulls the brake release on the motor allowing you to lift the door manually. |
| |
| Can I add any safety features to my garage door? |
| All doors have panel finger pinch protection as standard. You can choose to add either an electronic safety edge or electric photo cells if required. The safety edge automatically returns when it makes contact with anything solid and the electric photo cells automatically return the door to the open position if anyone or thing breaks the electric beam. |
| |
| Are your doors weather proof? |
| All Ryterna doors offer a full surround weather seal as standard. To further enhance this we also provide a small weather seal between each panel connection to guarantee the external elements have no way of entering you garage. |
| |
| How secure are your doors? |
| The security of the doors can be tailored to your requirements. The combination of any of our locking device and our 40mm thick panel as standard guarantee a secure garage. All automated garages will only open if operated by the remote or if you release the internal brake from the motor, so unless you have the remote to open the door you will not gain access. |
| |
| What happens if I need a new remote control? |
Replacement remote controls are available for every garage door operator provided. Simply call us and tell us what garage door operator you have and we can arrange for a replacement remote control to be sent.
|
| What happens if I need spare parts for my door? |
| All spare parts are readily available for fast delivery to your home in the event the door is damaged. Should you impact the door itself you would only have to repair or replace the actual panel that was impacted, unlike canopy doors that would require a full replacement. |
