R40 Track System – Suitable for doors upto 3000mm(w) x 2500mm(h)

This unique track system has been specifically designed to reduce the time and effort needed installing a garage door. The R40 track system comes fully preassembled with tension springs, cables and accessories as standard. The spring mechanism is neatly cased and housed on the horizontal track.

This easy self assemble track system is ideal for both end users and trade customers. The use of the comprehensive instruction manual ensures any R40 door can be fully installed in as little as 2 hours.

Depending on the internal garage dimensions Ryterna can offer either a SM(side mounted) or UM(under mounted) version.
The SM option means the spring system is mounted on the side of the horizontal track. This version requires only 80mm of headroom as standard for a manual door and 120mm headroom for an automated door. An 80mm minimum sideroom is required for the track fixing point with a minimum of 150mm is required beyond 400mm of the horizontal track from the front of the wall.

Our UM option means the spring system is mounted under the horizontal track system. This version requires only 80mm of headroom as standard for a manual door and 120mm headroom for an automated door. The UM version requires only 80mm minimum sideroom as standard unlike the SM version.

TL Track System – Suitable for all door sizes

The torsion spring system used on all TL door models is the more familiar spring mechanism used throughout the industry. The torsion spring is either front mounted or rear mounted and then manually tensioned.

The standard TL track system offers a front mounted torsion spring mechanism with a double track system that requires a minimum of 180mm of headroom as standard. Depending on the size of the door, the TL is available with either a single or double spring system.

Our low headroom TL track system requires a minimum of 100mm headroom as standard for a manual door and 150mm for an automated door. This low headroom option offers a rear mounted torsion spring mechanism with a double track system. Depending on the size of the door, the TL is available with either a single or double spring system.

As standard both the standard and low headroom TL models require a minimum of 80mm of sideroom as standard. Other track systems such as high lift, vertical lift and sloping track systems are available on request.
